Smidesign assisted Niko in developing the mechanical embodiment of the touchscreen interface in their “Niko Home Control” product line. The touchscreen allows you to control functions throughout your house, such as lighting, ventilation, blinds etc. A Smidesigner spent the duration of the project working at the Niko offices in Sint-Niklaas, closely following the first production test runs and optimizations.
