ProNails makes hand, nail and foot care products. Their clients are exclusively professional beauty and nail stylists. Smidesign helped ProNails in the development of a UV LED lamp. The specific UV wavelength helps gel lacquer to harden  on nails.

Several setups were prototyped to check user feasibility in nail studios. Meanwhile we investigated the perfect match between wavelength, LED power consumption, radiation and angular spread of the light.
